| Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception |
| The Opening Ceremony of the 11th Biennial Congress of EAOM will be held at Hilton Hotel, on September 13th 2012, 2012, at 20.00 hours in "Terpsichore A" meeting room. Welcome Reception will follow by the pool of Hilton Hotel, where old friends will meet to enjoy their cocktail. |

| Guided Tour to the Acropolis Museum |
Participants will have the opportunity to have a guided tour to the treasures of Acropolis Museum on Friday September 14th. Buses will depart from Hilton Hotel between 18.00- 18.45 hrs.
Delegates interested to attend the tour, should inform the Congress Secretariat when register to obtain a ticket on site (free of charge). |

| Gala Dinner |
The Gala Dinner of the congress will be held on Saturday September 15th, 2012, at 21.00 hours. This will be the ideal opportunity to get together with colleagues and enjoy the great music and entertainment whilst dinning. The Organizers will spare no efforts to justify the reputation of Greek gastronomy and make this evening an unforgettable event.
