Due to the fact that September is high season in Athens and most of the Hotels run high occupancy, accommodation cannot be guaranteed after August 31st, 2012 although ERA Ltd. will make every effort to meet participants' requirements. Hotel accommodation will be handled on a 'first come first served' basis with incoming requests.

In order to avoid disappointment, early bookings are recommended. No telephone reservation will be accepted.
Reservations will only be confirmed with the payment of 2 nights deposit. ERA Ltd will send a written confirmation, indicating your payment, the name and address of the Hotel.

For hotel reservation made by sponsoring company, the delegates will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.

For Group reservations (bookings over 10 rooms), companies are requested to send their request by e-mail to ERA Ltd (info@era.gr). Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

Payment conditions for Hotels & Tours Reservations

• Two (2) nights deposit, payable to ERA Ltd, is required in order to confirm your Hotel reservation.
• 30% deposit, drawn to ERA Ltd, is required in order to confirm the Pre & Post Congress Tours.
• Full prepayment for Hotel & Tours reservations, should reach ERA Ltd not later than August 13th, 2012

Please check that your name and "EAOM 2012 CONGRESS", are clearly indicated in order to ensure that the payment will be correctly registered.

Cancellation Policy for Hotel reservation
All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to ERA Ltd. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

1. Written cancellation received by June 13th no cancellation fees apply.
2. Written cancellation received between June 13th and July 13th: 1 night cancellation fee apply.
3. Written cancellation received by July 13th – August 13th 2 nights cancellation fee apply.
4. Written cancellation received from August 14th and onward: Full cancellation fees.

In the event of non-show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and payment will be non-refundable

Cancellation Policy for Multi-days Tours reservations
- Written cancellation, for Tours reservations received by July 13th, 2012: Full refund less € 80 administration fee.
- Written cancellation, for Tours reservations, received between July 13th- August 13th, 2012: 30% cancellation fees will apply.
- Written cancellation, for Tours reservations, received after August 13th, 2012: full cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy for daily Tours reservations
-For written cancellations received by September 1st, no cancellation fees will apply.
-For written cancellations received after September 1st, 100% cancellation fees will apply.

Method of Payment for Registration/ Hotel Accommodation / Tours
Payment can be effected either:
a) By bank remittance stating the "11th EAOM ATHENS CONGRESS", as well as, the name of the participant:

• Please enclose a copy of transfer receipt with the form. Charges to be paid by sender. The copy of the transfer receipt should be sent to ERA LTD within 7 days by fax to: +30 210 3631690 or by e-mail to info@era.gr in order to guarrantee your reservation. Otherwise, your reservation will not be valid.
• Charges are the responsibility of the participants and should be paid at source in addition to the accommodation fees.

b) By major credit cards. Please complete the relevant information as described in the enclosed registration form.

A written confirmation will be sent to you by ERA Ltd upon receiving your Hotel reservation form and respective fees.

Era Ltd and their agent shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
