How to register
To register for the 11th EAOM Athens Congress, please complete the on line registration form, before September 5th.
Only on site registration will be possible after that date.

Registration Fees
The following registration fees apply:

Registration Fees for participants include:

• Access to EAOM 2012 scientific sessions
• Access to the Exhibition & Poster Area
• Congress material (including the Book of abstracts & a certificate of attendance)
• Coffee Breaks & lunches during congress
• Welcome Reception, on Thursday September 13th, 2012
• Guided tour to the museum of Acropolis, on Friday September 14th, 2012
• Gala Dinner on Saturday September 15th, 2012

Registration Fees for Accompanying persons include:

• Welcome Reception, on Thursday September 13th, 2012
• Guided tour to the museum of Acropolis, on Friday September 14th, 2012
• Gala Dinner on Saturday September 15th, 2012

Cancellation of registration
For cancellation of registration, the Congress Secretraiat should be notified in writing. Cancellation policy will apply as follows:
- On or before June 30th, 2012: Full refund less administrative costs of € 60
- Please note that no refunds can be made after July 1st, 2012.

*Proof of status required for Students. Registrants must send a signed letter by Head of department or other official indication of student status to the Congress secretariat.
